As part of our commitment to MERC compensation survey participants we provide annual salary and bonus forecasts relevant to their industry along with an all companies annual salary forecast for comparison.

Forecast questionnaires are sent to participants twice annually being, July and October respectively. The methodology behind this is to see the emerging trends within industry sectors and subsequently enable greater accuracy in the final forecast data being sent to participants.

In February of each year we also provide all participants results of actual salary increases given in the current year and previous end of year bonus.

All information is analysed for Thai employees by industry and 5 levels of seniority.
