A subsidiary of a world’s largest and most modern production facility for telepresence and conference solutions wishes to appoint a high caliber Logistics Analyst.  The corporation develops modern image and voice solutions for VDO conference, audio conference, VDO cameras, etc. The successful candidate will report to the Logistics Executive who is based in Singapore.

The Logistics Analyst will:

• Update the inventory by PeopleSoft application and submit the updated inventory data to the Planners for further production planning and replenishment
  
• Coordinate with customers on shipment schedules of new products and repair products
  
• Review documents, organize the document system, and manage the document control system to facilitate audits (SOX 404 requirement)
  
• Provide support to the APAC team to perform manual transactions, i.e. PeopleSoft data entry, weekly cycle count of various business units
  
• Provide customer support to the Call Center as requested
  

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age over 25 years
  
• Degree in Logistics or other related discipline
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics services of technology parts
  
• Knowledge of 3PL, shipping requirements, and international trade
  
• Familiarity with MS Office, PeopleSoft, FDM, or Siebel CRM
  
• Result-oriented with good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English
