A subsidiary of a world’s largest and most modern production facility for telepresence and conference solutions wishes to appoint a high caliber Global Service Logistics Senior Engineer. The corporation develops modern image and voice solutions for VDO conference, audio conference, VDO cameras, etc. The successful candidate will supervise the repair and test services of company’s existing products as well as new products.

The Global Service Logistics Senior Engineer will:

• Optimize the repair and test process of existing products by investigating repair and test process for each product, identify areas for improvement, and drive changes
  
• Establish and implement repair and test processes for new products, document the repair and test results for further reference at other repair locations
  
• Reduce returns from customers by quickly resolving defect issues, supporting and driving the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Drive analysis on product failures and returns from customers, propose corrective actions or engineering change order process, provide feedback to the manufacturing team
  
• Organize weekly meetings with repair vendor(s) and report status to the senior management, assure repair vendor(s) follow the standard repair and test procedures
  
• Analyze and determine disposition of non-conforming materials/ products at repair vendors or at company’s distribution centers, initiate corrective and preventive actions when applicable
  
• Coordinate across functions for related product quality and reliability as well as cost reduction
  

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age over 30 years
  
• Degree in Electrical / Quality Engineering or other related discipline
  
• Minimum 10 years experience in engineering design, manufacturing, or maintenance service; RF experience would be a plus
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in quality / reliability function; familiarity with control methodologies inclusive but not limited to burn-in, HASS, and / or HALT
  
• Ability to operate MS Office application and analyze data
  
• Excellent organization, communication, and team management skills
