A representative office of a Singaporean-owned producer of electronics components for both industrial and end-user clients wishes to appoint an energetic Customer Service Administrator to be based at the office in Bangkok.
The Customer Service Administrator will:
- Receive, review, and verify orders/ order changes from customers
- Communicate with the Quality Engineer and Production Planner regarding product specifications and delivery requirements
- Communicate with the Finance Department regarding AR or discrepancies
- Communicate with the IS Department regarding bar-coding and EDI
- Communicate with the Logistics Department regarding shipping details
- Control product inventory, present product samples to customers as required, and process product returns
- Prepare and control the availability of sales documents and presentations
- Ensure availability, capacity, tidiness of office equipment, supplies, and office premises
- Organize, update the filing system, establish the document control system
Qualifications and skills required:
- Thai national, age around 25 - 30 years
- Degree in Business Administration, English, or Secretarial Program
- 2 years experience in office operations or customer services
- Knowledge in inventory control would be an asset
- Keen on operating MS application and office equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong organization, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
