A leading player in a retail market segment has an opening for a Retail Operations Manager to manage a number of retail outlets.
The Retail Operations Manager will:
- Work with the management team to integrate the product marketing and communications strategies at all retail outlets
- Monitor operations at branches and assess customer satisfaction/ behavior
- Provide feedback to staff and solicit initiatives for business improvement or new business opportunities
- Supervise staff at branches to ensure attainment of required service standard and corporate image
Qualifications and skills required:
- Thai national, age 30-45 years
- Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in retail marketing; at least 3 years at a supervisory level
- Ability to assess customer satisfaction and behavior and develop pertinent operational campaigns and service programs
- Initiative, with strong communications, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
