Retail Operations Manager
Service Industry

A leading player in a retail market segment has an opening for a Retail Operations Manager to manage a number of retail outlets.

The Retail Operations Manager will:

  • Work with the management team to integrate the product marketing and communications strategies at all retail outlets
  • Monitor operations at branches and assess customer satisfaction/ behavior
  • Provide feedback to staff and solicit initiatives for business improvement or new business opportunities
  • Supervise staff at branches to ensure attainment of required service standard and corporate image

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Thai national, age 30-45 years
  • Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in retail marketing; at least 3 years at a supervisory level
  • Ability to assess customer satisfaction and behavior and develop pertinent operational campaigns and service programs
  • Initiative, with strong communications, problem-solving, and team management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
