The world’s largest and most modern production facility for natural lactic acid and related products, with a new plant under construction on adjoining land in Rayong, wishes to appoint a Reliability Manager. 

The Reliability Manager will play a key role in:

• Managing all machinery installation, including related documentation, both written and electronically
  
• Controlling technology purchasing, tests, trials
  
• Identifying specifications of machinery, spare parts, as well as modification to maintain and enhance production capacity
  
• Developing and executing Preventive/ Predictive Maintenance Program for Mechanical and Electrical machinery and equipment, and Instruments
  
• Setting-up and implementing the PM plan into CMMS
  
• Developing and track metrics to assess and report the status of preventative and predictive programs, to assess equipment conditions relative to safety and serviceability, monitor and improve on equipment downtime and maintenance cost
  
• Working with vendors and service providers to identify, modify applicable technology to improve the operations and maintenance programs
  
• Conducting continuous improvement of current production process equipment
  
• Executing SHE, GMP, and HACCP in conformance with customer and international requirements

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age over 30 years
  
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  
• 8-10 years experience in an industrial environment, at least 3 years in a supervisory role in food or cosmetics industries, with practical experience in using and maintaining a CCMS system
  
• Thorough knowledge in predictive and preventive maintenance concepts and techniques
  
• Experience in conducting SHE, GMP, HACCP quality standards
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English
