A well-known automotive company is seeking a sales and marketing professional for the position of General Manager - cars and light commercial vehicles sales and service operations in the greater Bangkok area.

The General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the local organization, including:

• Manage the work-flow of sales, distribution, after-sales services, and back-up operations
  
• Prepare operational and budget plan
  
• Establish a competent sales team, ensure thorough product knowledge of team members, delegate job responsibilities, and monitor individual performance of subordinates
  
• Manage the flow of quotations/ orders, establish and maintain close communications with major accounts
  
• Control expenditures and monitor actual company’s profitability
  
• Organize and update the client database to support overall sales, service, and back-up operations  
  
• Communicate with the headquarters, provide progress reports on a regular basis

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age around 40 - 48 years
  
• Degree in Business Administration or other related filed; an MBA would be advantage
  
• Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales management of luxury products including brand management and service operations
  
• Background in automotive dealer management and networking
  
• Possess IT knowledge of Windows application and DMS system
  
• Result-oriented with strong leadership, organization, communication, and negotiation skills
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English
