A Thai-owned trade consulting company with clients in Thailand and neighboring countries wishes to appoint an enthusiastic Accounting Manager to be based at the Bangkok Office.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Accounting Manager will:

• Provide consultancy to clients and peers regarding standard costing, general accounting, and  related business laws
  
• Analyze client costs and identify areas for continuous improvement in operations
  
• Establish and maintain the company’s standard accounting system and taxation
  
• Establish and maintain the company’s internal control system, perform risk estimates/ analysis and control activities
  
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of company’s accounting services and reporting
  
• Support on project development, project operations and administrative activities
  
• Delegate, coach, and supervise subordinates to ensure attainment of required performance

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age 30 - 40 years
  
• Degree in Accountancy
  
• Minimum 7 years experience in a full scope of accounting function, including costing; minimum 3 years experience at a supervisory level
  
• Background in FMCG or consulting business would be an advantage
  
• Result-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  
• Keen on operating MS Office application
  
• Comfortable to work in a small business team
  
• Good command of both spoken and written English
