A BOI promoted manufacturer of automotive parts, with vehicle assembly operations, wishes to appoint a Paint Shop Manager. Salary range is Baht 50,000 - 100,000 per month.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Paint Shop Manager is expected to:

• Control day-to-day operations of the Paint Shop in response to the master production plan and quality standard, currently working 2 by 8 hour shifts  
  
• Identify effective measures to cope with emerging problems (technical and manpower)
  
• Supervise individual performance of Supervisors and Team Leaders
  
• Execute the cost-saving and SHE programs

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Thai national, age over 30 years
• Degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years experience in directing and controlling  production supervisors, team leaders and operators in paint shop operations, ideally in automotive assembly or parts manufacturing 
• Knowledge of safety, quality management, process and productivity improvement
• Detail-oriented with strong organization, communications, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
