A transport service provider in Chiang Mai with 1,000 employees operating and maintaining 600 vehicles wishes to appoint HR Director to join the management team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR Director will play a key role to:
- Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, policies, and problem-solving
- Develop policies and regulations in accordance with legal requirements and labor law
- Communicate on business policies and regulations with all staff to facilitate conformance of practices
- Ensure effective human resources services in staff recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, and employee relations
- Manage changes to facilitate business strategies and operational plan, promote staff mentality in accordance with the work environment
- Review, revise organization structure and work flows to promote business competitiveness
- Manage company-wide safety, occupational health and environmental standard
Qualifications and skills required:
- Thai national age over 35 years
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or other related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in HR services; minimum 5 year experience at a management level
- Previous experience in the logistics business will be a plus
- Thorough knowledge of labor law and business law
- Background in change management/ communications programs including SHE standard
- Keen on operating MS Office and HRIS applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English
