A leading European supplier of uPVC window systems and other polymer-based systems for the construction and furniture industries wishes to hire a Sales Manager.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager, will:

• Develop sales objectives, strategies, sales operational plan, and sales forecasts
  
• Analyze the market, customers, competitors and business trend
  
• Develop business relationships with customers, fabricators, and distributors
  
• Strengthen and expand the distribution network, acquire, and manage key accounts
  
• Lead in sales demonstrations and technical training as deemed necessary
  
• Maintain and expand the customer base/ market share
  
• Communicate across departments to facilitate mutual cooperation and generate customer satisfaction
  
• Prepare timely and accurate sales reports
  
• Coach the sales team, and monitor individual staff performance

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age 28 - 40 years
  
• Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Architecture
  
• Minimum 5 years sales experiences to property developers/ owners, civil contractors or architects
  
• Able to establish business networks and mobilize resources within the construction industry
  
• Analytical, with strong selling, organizing, presentation and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
