A subsidiary of the world’s largest and most experienced manufacturer of natural lactic acid and gluconates wishes to appoint an experienced Reliability Manager to join the production facility in Rayong.

The Reliability Manager will play a key role to:

• Manage all machinery installation, including related documentation, both written and electronically
  
• Control technology purchasing, tests, trials
  
• Identify specifications of machinery, spare parts, as well as modification to maintain and enhance production capacity
  
• Develop and executive Preventive/ Predictive Maintenance Program for Mechanical, Electrical, Instruments
  
• Setup and implement the PM plan into CMMS
  
• Develop and track metrics to assess and report the status of preventative and predictive programs, to assess equipment conditions relative to safety and serviceability, monitor and improve on equipment downtime and maintenance cost
  
• Work with vendors and service providers to identify, modify applicable technology to improve the operations and maintenance programs
  
• Conduct continuous improvement of current production process equipment
  
• Execute SHE, GMP, and HACCP in conformance with customer and international requirements

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age over 30 years
• Degree in an Engineering field
  
• 8-10 years experience in an industrial environment, at least 3 years in a supervisory role in food or cosmetics industries, with practical experience in using and maintaining a CCMS system
  
• Thorough knowledge in predictive and preventive maintenance concepts/ techniques
  
• Experience in conducting SHE, GMP, HACCP quality standards
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English
