A manufacturer of food and food additives wishes to employ a Maintenance Manager with experience in large scale manufacturing operations using CMMS. Salary range Baht 100,000 - 130,000 per month.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager will:

• Plan and manage all repair and maintenance works to meet the plant operating plan.
  
• Plan and control the use of required resources and budget
  
• Manage personnel and their development within the area of responsibility
  
• Manage communication within the Maintenance Department and across departments
  
• Report maintenance performance and other relevant issues to the Plant Manager
  
• Establish  the new technology in machinery and equipment in maintenance work
  
• Develop the effective working method for repair and maintenance work
  
• Effectively support production and other relevant department in running the business
  
• Establish maintenance record of each machine including manuals
  
• Recommend approval of spare parts suppliers, control outside contractors in doing all repair - maintenance works

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age around 40 – 45 years
  
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  
• Minimum 10 years experience in maintenance function; minimum 5 years in supervisory role with proven record of maintenance improvement
  
• Strong knowledge in deploying SHE and continuous improvement
  
• Strong drive for result with good organizational, communication, and team management skills
  
• Keen on operating the Computerize Maintenance Management System
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English
