A major vehicle distributor wishes to recruit an highly experienced Parts Sales Manager. The company’s modern 9,000 square meter warehouse stocks parts for modified vehicles sold to fleet-sales customers in the Aid & Development sector in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Salary range Baht 80,000 - 110,000 per month.

Reporting to the Group Parts Sales Manager, the Parts Sales Manager will:

• Work with the sales, warehouse, technical teams, distributors, suppliers, retailers to compile needs and prepare operational plan of the parts and accessories business
• Identify sales strategy, individual targets of team members, and monitor actual business results
• Organize sales work system and the support work system of the business unit and enforce conformance of actual practices
• Initiate and carry out promotional activities or price campaign to boost sales volume at appropriate opportunities
• Monitor and control resources/ assets in consistent with dealership’s profit requirements
• Advise and support dealers, customers on vehicle parts, structural make-up, or superseded items
• Enhance the reputation of the brand at every opportunity when interacting with others
• Monitor market situation, customer preference, competitors movement and propose effective counter-measures to maintain the business

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Thai national, age over 30 years
• Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or other related field
• Minimum 8 years experience in the automotive parts and accessories industry
• Strong knowledge in inventory management as well as supply chain and logistics operations
• Knowledge of vehicle legislation and related business regulations within the automotive industry
• Acquainted with modern business models or financial control methods
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, computation, and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
