A subsidiary of German-owned developer and installation of reciprocating compressor plants for clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries wishes to appoint an effective Project Manager.

The Project Manager will:

• Manage engineering and commercial aspects as agreed upon by the service level agreement with client(s)
• Formulate project timelines and control production operations against the set timelines
• Prepare project estimates, allocate resources, review and control project's expenditures
• Assist in sourcing and assessing quality suppliers/ contractors (local and overseas)
• Coordinate with internal departments on project requirements, operations, and problem-solving
• Communicate with client(s) on project progress as well as conduct follow-up sessions to facilitate further improvement and new business opportunities
• Ensure proportionate job allocation, coaching, and performance appraisal of team members

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age above 30 years
• Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent; an MBA would be advantage
• Minimum 10 years experience in project implementation and management
• Strong background in implementing safety and related quality management standards
• Possess an extensive business network and strong recognition within the oil and gas as well as petrochemical industries
• Keen on operating MS Office, MS Project applications
• Result-oriented with strong organization, communications, and teamwork skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
