A subsidiary of German-owned developer and installation of reciprocating compressor plants for clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries wishes to appoint an effective Service Supervisor.

The Service Supervisor will:

• Communicate with all departments to prepare aligned service operation plan
• Prepare service quotations and work schedules as required by clients
• Provide technical consultation and alternatives to suit individual clients
• Delegate responsibilities, provide job training to responsible technicians and monitor individual staff performance

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age above 27 years
• Degree in Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in conducting services to clients
• Strong background in implementing safety and related quality management standards
• Service-mindedness with good organization, communications, and teamwork skills
• Able to communicate in English
