A middle-sized commercial bank wishes to appoint a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (Assistant Vice-President Level).

The Customer Relationship Manager (Assistant Vice-President Level) will:

• Maintain consistent communications among executives on corporate strategic plan, solutions, and related key information
• Develop and execute metrics to track status on reference ability, retention likelihood, product placement and revenue opportunity
• Develop and execute strategies to manage on-going customer expectations, product issues, new products, upgrade, conversion, etc.
• Provide advisory and coordinate on strategy and operations areas
• Maintain product/ service knowledge and dissemination to customers and general public
• Participate in CEO forum and annual users group meeting
• Conduct consistent customer visits (assigned accounts) and business communications to capture new business opportunities and facilitate retention
• Participate in presentations for prospects, customers, etc.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age over 30 years
• Degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Marketing; an MBA would be advantage
• Background in core-banking operations; minimum 4 years experience in customer management
• Minimum 2 years experience in product cross- selling with corporate (SME) clients
• Strong risk analytical ability together with market segmentation, and data mart building
• Keen on operating MS Office and related banking applications
• Strong leadership with good organization, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
