A multinational company, manufacturer of specialty chemicals - raw materials, intermediates, base materials, additives, and active ingredients for various consumer industries wishes to appoint an experienced Quality Control Manager.

Based in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate (Bangna K.M.57), the Quality Control Manager will:

• Manage quality control operations of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as required by local and global standards
• Prepare and enforce QC work procedures to ensure required product standards
• Oversee all testing and inspection and organize test-result documents
• Prepare and control annual QC budget
• Prepare and execute QCC programs as well as safety and quality management standards
• Develop and analyze statistical data and determine measures to improve the productivity
• Allocate tasks to subordinates, ensure proper competency and supervision to attain required performance
• Ensure effective performance of instrumental equipment, calibration system, and related preventive maintenance program
• Coordinate and support QC projects (both local and regional projects) as appropriate

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai nationality, age over 30 years
• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in quality control management within a chemical plant
• Strong background in managing QC activities as well as safety and quality management standards
• Keen in operating MS Office and applications for quality control
• Strong leadership, organization, and people-management skills
• Comfortable to work upcountry
• Good command of both written and spoken English
