An affiliate of one of the world's largest power generating companies, with a power station on the eastern seaboard producing electricity for industrial customers nearby and the Electricity Authority of Thailand (EGAT) wishes to appoint a Mechanical Engineer.

The Mechanical Engineer will :

• Provide support for the Maintenance Department
• Develop and maintain a mechanical preventive maintenance program and integrate all preventive maintenance activities to synchronize with the operational running plan
• Provide support for projects, improvements and modifications
• Acquire and support technical related knowledge on assigned projects
• Maintain equipment historical records to support working performance development
• Support all company activities, including ISO14001, OHSAS/TIS 18001, ISO 9001

Qualifications and skills required:

• Male, aged over 25 years
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in Power Plant, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical in an engineering function
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with ability to work independently.
• A self-starter, hard-working, with initiative
• Skill in MS-Office/Auto Cad/Design Program
• Experience within ISO 14001 OHSAS/TIS 18001, ISO 9001 an advantage.
• Good command of English
