VP, Pre-Engineering Building Solutions in Steel -Factories & Residential Buildings

Located in Rangsit, and reporting to the President, the Vice President, Market Development for Pre-Engineered Steel Building Solutions will:

Lead and develop the Thailand market for Pre-Engineering Building solutions and drive the Smartruss solution business to replace the black-welded mild steel
Monitor business operation and impact; propose timely and effective counter-actions to acquire the business as well as to deliver quality customer services
Conduct effective communications within the Business Unit and with other Units to facilitate smooth coordination and problem-solving
Organize and update the intelligent database (drawings, clients, prospects) to ensure effective support to business development
Ensure full conformance of practices with quality management standard, safety, environment and health standard
Establish a competent team, control, and support professional development of team members
Serve as a member of the Thailand Lead Team to provide business direction and monitor growth strategy

Qualifications and skills required:

Thai national, age between 35 – 40 years
Degree in Civil Engineering ; an MBA would be preferable
Proven track-record in the construction industry (factory, office building, residential building); minimum 5-years experience at management level
Background in commercial/ sales and business development as well as related quality management standards
Strategic thinker with extensive business network
Excellent organizing, communication, problem-solving, and people development attributes
Good command of both spoken and written English
