A leading UK chain of tea and coffee shops operating 6 branches in Thailand wishes to appoint a Marketing Executive .

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will:

• Assist in marketing strategies to strengthen the brand and support sales performance
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and aligned operational and budget plan
• Determine new product concept, organize marketing campaigns/ events, and launch new products
• Communicate internally (with operations and sales) on product concept, product launch, and delivery programs
• Negotiate and communicate with outsourcing agents to conduct marketing campaigns/ events
• Establish a competent team, provide product and sales training, and supervise the team to attain the required performance

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Thai national, age around 25 - 30 years
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing operations or fast moving consumer products
• Highly energetic, with proven track-record in marketing operations
• Result-oriented, with initiative and very good communication and presentation skills
