Senior Process Engineering Manager - Electronic Manufacturing Service

One of South-East Asia's leading independent "Electronic Manufacturing Services" (EMS) providing contract manufacturing services of the highest quality products within the areas of Microelectronics, Semiconductors and Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCOS) for Micro-displays wishes to recruit an experienced Senior Process Engineering Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Process Engineering Department (Filipino), the Senior Process Engineering Manager will:

Establish and enforce the production process, work procedures, as well as job standards for responsible job functions
Manage non-conformance product/ items as well as relevant corrective and preventive schemes
Monitor the production process and determine adoption of new technology, equipment, or productivity/ quality improvement programs
Propose and manage engineering programs to support the company's engineering and business objectives
Develop and implement relevant SPC program for process and equipment control
Act as principle liaison for cross-department coordination as well as engineering communications with customers
Coach and supervise subordinates to ensure conformance with company's policies and job standards

Qualifications and skills required:

Thai national, age over 35 years
Degree in an Engineering field, or Physics, Chemical, Materials Science
Minimum 10 years experience in electronics manufacturing (IC), plus 5 years at a management level
Good knowledge in DOA, FMEA, as well as product standards
Strong background in implementing quality management standards and related standards
Result-oriented with strong organizing, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Hands-on, hard-working with the ability to work well under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written English
