Customer Service Manager
Construction Materials

A subsidiary of a market leader in construction materials wishes to appoint a dynamic Customer Service Manager.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the Customer Service Manager will:

  • Participate in the formulation of company's business strategy, operational objectives and plan
  • Communicate with and visit clients on a regular basis to capture customer's business needs and expectations
  • Propose productivity improvement schemes or new business opportunities as well as service conditions to support business profitability
  • Ensure accurate inventory, prepare and execute timely delivery schedules
  • Communicate and coordinate across departments to facilitate production planning and overall customer requirements
  • Contribute to the leadership and management of the Supply Chain Management Team
  • Participate in regional forums on strategy development as well as application (process and tools) of supply chain and customer services functions
  • Ensure strict conformance of practices with work policies and procedures as well as SHE standard

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Thai national, age between 35 - 45 years
  • Degree in a technology field; an MBA would be preferable
  • Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain management of a multi-national manufacturing company
  • Business-oriented; able to develop and implement customer strategies
  • Thorough knowledge of business process of a manufacturing and distribution company (production, marketing, sales, supply chain, accounting, etc)
  • Strong organizing, communication, presentation, and performance management skills
  • Confident to manage in a multi-cultural work environment
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
