A middle-scale commercial bank wishes to appoint an experienced Head of Retail Banking Division.

The Head of Retail Banking Division is expected to:

• Prepare the operational plan and business targets in alignment with the Bank's strategies and objectives
• Manage team members to ensure attainment of required performance
• Manage credit operations, customer relationship management, and day-today operations
• Conduct close supervision and support to monitor business results and ensure conformance with policies and regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all reports

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age over 40 years
• Degree in Finance , Marketing, or other related field; an MBA would be preferable
• At least 15 years experience in banking operations – funding acquisition, credit operations, counter operations
• Able to interpret strategies into action plan and constructive measures
• Strong organization, communications, presentation, and team management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
