Customer Support Engineer

A manufacture of expansion joint control systems for the construction industry wants to appoint a Customer Support Engineer

Our client is the only Expansion Control Company servicing the Bridge and Highway, Architectural, and Parking and Open Air structures markets, offering the broadest range of products and services in the construction industry. Their key to success is providing innovative, quality products and engineered solutions.

Based at Bangkok office, the Customer Support Engineer will:

  • Respond on day-to-day queries with accuracy and promptness
  • Extract technical information from the project for design and engineering
  • Coordinate with the Engineering Department on drawings and present drawings to suppliers in China for quotations
  • Prepare purchase orders, develop costing sheets (in coordination with the Logistic Department), and propose purchase orders for approval (from overseas affiliate)

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Thai national, age 23 – 30 years
  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • No experience required
  • The role is to support sales operations and technical support for corporate clients
  • Result-oriented with strong organizing, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
