One of the world's leading motor-sport and automotive technology businesses requires a Program Management Engineer for their automotive accessories design office in Thailand .

The Program Management Engineer will:

• Communicate with the Regional Product Planning Center on current and future programs
• Develop competencies of local staff to support performance improvement and future operations
• Prepare engineering budget/ forecast and submit to the management team
• Prepare and review the engineering resources plan
• Ensure timely delivery of project works

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age around 25 - 28 years
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 4-7 years experience in the design and development of automotives
• Familiarity with industrial processes as well as ISO (QS) quality standard
• Computer literacy – MS Office, MS Project and CAD applications
• Strong organizing, communications, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
