A global leader in Document Management Solutions operating approximately 300 facilities in 22 countries across five continents is currently searching for an energetic Business Development Manager to lead its aggressive business operations in Thailand.

The Document and Information Management Business Unit is composed of three complementary segments: Document Management Solutions, Data Protection Services, and Secured Destruction Services.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager - Document Management Solutions will:

• Prepare sales forecasts, operational and budget plan
• Develop new markets for the company's product range and new sales programs
• Strengthen and maintain close business relationships with existing clients and prospects
• Negotiate and communicate with clients to clarify specifications and other contract details
• Communicate internally with related departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide product and sales training, and supervise the team to attain the required performance

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, aged 33 - 40 years
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA would be preferable
• Background in developing business accounts with large banking, government, insurance, or medical industry
• Result-oriented with strong organizing, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
