A market leader in steel construction materials with innovative designs and cost-effective solutions for the building industry wishes to appoint a highly experienced Sales Manager.

Reporting to the Sales Vice-President, the Sales Manager will:

• Identify sales forecast, objectives, strategy, and sales operational plan
• Manage overall sales operations
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve the business goals
• Maintaining and expand the customer base/ market share
• Prepare timely and accurate sales reports

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age between 30 – 45 years
• Degree in Marketing, Engineering or other related field
• Minimum 7 years experience in sales operations of construction steel products
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
