An international company importing and distributing OA and IT products wishes to appoint a dynamic Account Manager for its Thailand operations.
The Account Manager will:
- Analyze the market and competitor's situation to support the formulation of forecasts and sales strategy
- Prepare the operational and budget plan for account management
- Develop close business relationships with clients to understand client's needs and ensure appropriate response and customer retention
- Review customer profiles to recommend business/ service improvement opportunities
- Communicate internally to relay clients' situations to ensure efficient service/ communications with clients
- Propose initiatives to capture clients' attention or to respond to clients' inquiries
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Thai national, age not over 30 years
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in the IT industry or distributor channel as well as 3-4 years in account management
- Proven initiative in executing sales promotional campaigns/ events
- Strong communications, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated; able to work independently and as a team-leader
- Computer literate
- Good command of both spoken and written English
