An exclusive distributor and high-end retailer of fine furniture from the U.S.A. with a fast growing interior design business wishes to appoint an aggressive Project Manager.

The Project Manager – Building Interiors is expected to:

• Manage on-going projects against business proposals and approved budget plans
• Collect and transform concepts from clients into design solutions
• Interpret design drawings, source out and select materials, suppliers, contractors for interior design and installation
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers on business terms, specifications, and required performance
• Manage delivery planning and quality-control of finished products (customized furniture and accessories)

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age between 28 – 42 years
• Degree in Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management – preferably in (hotel) interior design and decoration
• Possess network with quality suppliers – able to interpret interior design drawings
• Detail-oriented with good organizing, communications, documentation, and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
